Refund policy

30 days to return it
If you're not happy with the light, you have 30 calendar days from delivery to return it, no questions asked. This extends the 14-day legal right of withdrawal.
How to return
- Email us at laserbikerbrand@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll reply within 48 business hours with the return address and instructions.
- Send the product with all its accessories (strap, USB cable) and, if possible, in its original box.
You can also use the withdrawal form at the end of this page.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the product, we'll refund you within 14 days using the same payment method. If you return the whole order, we also refund any original shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered.
Faulty or damaged products
If your light arrives damaged or stops working, email us a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or refund you at no cost to you.
Legal guarantee
All our products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law. It doesn't cover damage from misuse, impacts or tampering.
