1. Who we are

This online store is LaserBike. The owner's details are in the Legal notice. You can contact us at laserbikerbrand@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance

By using this website and placing an order you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.

3. Products and prices

All prices include VAT. We try to make photos and descriptions as accurate as possible; small differences in colour or appearance may exist.

Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart based on the number of units.

4. Orders and payment

The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email. Payment is processed securely through Shopify checkout. We don't store your card details.

We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or lack of stock. In that case we'll refund the full amount.

5. Shipping and returns

These are governed by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

6. Product use

The LaserBike light is an additional visibility aid. It does not replace an approved tail light or any equipment required by traffic law. Never point the laser at people's or animals' eyes. Use it responsibly and follow traffic rules.

7. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the product or use contrary to its instructions. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual property

The texts, logo and design of this website belong to LaserBike or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have a complaint, please email us first at laserbikerbrand@gmail.com. You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order always applies.
